When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
As soon as payment is received your order will be packaged and shipped. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. I will ship your order shortly after I receive payment from you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your order’s tracking information once your order has shipped.
How will my items ship?
Items will be shipped using USPS first class or priority mail unless an alternate is requested. Shipping prices will need to be adjusted if you require expedited shipping.
Are your packages insured?
Items will be insured for their value.

I will send you a tracking number via email when your order ships.
When will my package ship?
Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order.If it will be longer than this, I will let you know via email. All items are handmade by me. Special requests take longer. Let me know if you need something more urgently for a specific event and I will try to accommodate you.
What if I am shipping internationally?
IMPORTANT: International shipping is USPS First Class, unless your package weighs over 4 pounds (at which time Priority Mail is required) We have found that Priority is 3-5 times more expensive without a difference in the time. First class has no guaranteed tracking, so once we have shipped the package and it leaves the US, there is no control over the time, tracking, or location. Please be aware. If you want tracking and or confirmation please contact us. Typically an international orders takes 2-3 weeks to arrive, but can take well over 30 days. Also, we have no control of import, duty, customs, or taxes that your country might charge for your package. Please look into your local policies and possible costs before you order as every country and region differs in how they tax imported goods. We are required to declare the retail value of your order on your shipment.
How do I get an estimate of international shipping costs?
I suggest creating a new customer account and clicking on “New Customers” Fill out your information, including the shipping address. You can then add any items you want to order to your shopping cart. The website will automatically calculate your shipping costs based on the weight of the items in your cart and the shipping location.
